The Inspirit Generator is designed for regular home use but still features commercial level programming and technology – which means you will get a full workout. Not only does it have a unique "touch screen" to make using the trainer as easy as could be, but it is also "self-generating" so that you don't need to plug it into the mains. Amazing features on a cross trainer of this price - expect to pay far more to find an equivalent specification.
