The BH Fitness F4 treadmill is a high-performance treadmill intended for use a high level of use at home. The F4 treadmill's motor is a 3.5 HP motor (peak) which provides a quiet yet powerful speed between 1 and 20 km/h. It comes with an electric incline up to 12% which allows significant variation in intensity of the exercise at any speed, to help to put your leg and back muscles under load for a through workout. It has challenging programmes to help you meet your fitness goals and targets all within the 8.2" Blue Backlit LCD monitor with 12 pre-set profiles. The BH Fitness F4 treadmill also features a Heart Rate Control Program that allows cardiovascular zones to be targetted during the workout.
