Due the size and weight of the machines placement and installation is dependent on access into the property. Please call for more information.

Inspire Fitness are offering a free extra 1 years warranty on BH Fitness products. This is in addition to the standard BH Fitness warranty.Warranty applies to mainland UK only. Closing date: 1/1/2012
Inspire Fitness reserve the right to withdraw the free extra 1 year warranty if any of the below points are not adhered to:
1. Proof of purchase must be provided (original invoice from Inspire Fitness)
2. The product must have been maintained as per the instruction manual
3. Parts will be provided if the damage was caused by genuine wear and tear. Parts will not be provided if damage is caused by an accident or recklessness.
4. Parts must be fitted by an Inspire Fitness engineer
5. Does not apply to Non domestic use
6. Does not cover consumable parts i.e. Batteries, Indoor cycle Fiction pads, break pads, fuses, ect.

Many products will be delivered flat packed and will require assembly.
Inspire Fitness cannot offer any medical advice and we advise our customers to consult their doctor before undertaking any form of physical exercise. We also strongly advise that the product manual is read and that the user is familiar with the instructions prior to using the equipment.
Warranties
Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. The warranty provided is listed against each product. We would advise the customer to check with the sales team for details of individual warranties.
Cancellation
If you wish to return and unwanted item to inspire you must Return the Item using your own shipping company and you must send in writing (email not accepted) that you wish to return the item within 7 days of delivery
Customers may cancel their order at any time. However the customer is liable for any costs incurred by Inspire Fitness in relation to that order including delivery.
WARNING: if you make payment by Paypal we charge a fee of 3% on any order you wish to have refunded. This does not apply to any other form of payment. This is due to the charges Inspire Fitness incurs by Paypal for refunds, for more information please call Inspire Fitness.
Returns Policy – Unwanted Products
Warning - when buying any cavislim prodcut/ machines, we can not accept any used or opened products back this is due to health and hygine reasons for information on this please call us. if the product is unopened you have the standard 10 days to return the prodcut if its unwatned
If you wish to return and unwanted item to inspire you must Return the Item using your own shipping company and you must send in writing which dated and signed by the orginal person who purchased the product it is also useful to enclose a copy of the invoice please note it is a good idea to send by recorded delivery as post can get lost (email not accepted as we require a signature) that you wish to return and for what reason the item within 7 days of delivery
We know that when shopping on-line it can be difficult to visualize exactly what a product looks like or how big or small it really is. That’s why we always welcome phone calls from our customers to ask our advice about the product that they want to purchase – we can often give a better insight into whether or not it will be suitable.
However, there will be occasions when a customer makes a purchase and finds that it’s not quite what they expected when it is delivered. For this reason we have a clear 30 days return policy for your piece of mind. Please read the following carefully and call us if you’re unclear about any point.
All returns must be authorized by Inspire Fitness. Please call us if you want to return an unwanted item.
We advise that you open all packages with care and that you retain the packaging in case the goods need to be returned
All products must be returned in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted in any other packaging.
If the packaging has not been opened then you are entitled to a full refund, less the cost of our original shipping.
If you have opened the packaging but not built the product then you are entitled to a 75% refund less the cost of our original shipping.
If you have built the product before re-packaging then you are entitled to a 50% refund less the cost of our original shipping.
we cannot return the cost of any installation as this a service which you have had provided incases where the installation is discounted you will have to pay full price, this is £90 on a treadmill on all equipment expert muilty gyms which is £150 thanks
You are also responsible for arranging the return to our Staffordshire warehouse at your own cost. We advise that you use a timed delivery as all shippments must be booked in“signed for” delivery since it is your responsibility to ensure that the product reaches our warehouse.
Refunds will be given after we have received the product in our warehouse and have inspected the returned item.

Returns Policy – Faulty Products
A small number of products are faulty when they are delivered. You must advise us of any faults within 7 days of taking receipt of the product. If the product can be repaired under warranty we will advise you to contact the manufacturer. If the product cannot be repaired, then you are entitled to a replacement product or a refund.
We advise that you open all packages with care and that you retain the packaging in case the goods need to be returned.
All products must be returned in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted in any other packaging.
Refunds will be given after we have received the product in our warehouse and have inspected the returned item. If the item is found NOT to be faulty then a refund will not be given and the product will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s own expense. Alternatively, a refund of 50% less the shipping costs will be given at the customer's request.

Delivery
Standard deliveries are made between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday
Delivery. Cost stated are for orders placed in Mainland UK - delivery to outside of the Mainland UK and some remote location on the mainland is possible at additional cost. If you're taking delivery of an item in the following post code areas then please call us for details:

Whilst we endevour to deliver your order as quickly as possible, our standard delivery time for all products is up to 14 working.
All deliveries must be signed for. Inspire Fitness will not accept any claim for compensation arising from late or missed delivery.
Customers must ensure that all goods purchased are suitable for the property where they will be used. If it is found on delivery that any goods will not fit through any part of the property such as doors/stairwells or are unsuitable for the chosen room, the customer will be responsible for all delivery costs incurred by Inspire Fitness. Customers are advise to check with Inspire Fitness whether large, heavy or noisy products (e.g. some treadmills and ellipticals) are suitable for an upstairs installation.
Inspire Fitness reserves the right to refuse any delivery if the team deems the location to be hazardous.
Adequate parking / vehicle access must be provided by the customer. Any charges incurred by the deliverer for parking etc. may be chargeable.

Installations
Inspire Consulting Ltd. accept no liability for any damage caused by 3rd party Installation Teams. There is a surcharge for installations carried out in the London area due.
Collection
Customers are able to collect some items from our Staffordshire showroom. All orders must be paid in full before collection.
