General Information
I haven’t exercised for some time – what should I do?
We always advise that you should consult your doctor before undertaking any form of exercise programme. Inspire Fitness staff cannot give any fitness advise.

How can I pay?
We accept cash, PayPal, debit and credit cards.
WARNING: if you make payment by Paypal we charge a fee of 3% on any order you wish to have refunded. This does not apply to any other form of payment. This is due to the charges Inspire Fitness incurs by Paypal for refunds, for more information please call Inspire Fitness"
Is your website secure?
Yes - we take security very seriously. All pages that contain personal and payment information are secure. Look for the padlock symbol which is usually displayed next to the web address bar or at the bottom of the page. Clicking on the padlock symbol will show you the security certificate. If you have any concerns then please call us.
If I pay by credit card can I have the equipment delivered to an address that is different than the credit card billing address?
Yes – but we have to perform some additional checks to guard against fraud that may delay the delivery of your equipment by a few days.
Equipment Sales
I’m interested in buying – how long does it take to deliver a piece of equipment?
On some items we offer next day delivery - see the product that you're interested in for details. We can deliver most products within 3 days of you placing an order. You can tell us your preferred day of delivery during the checkout procedure.
Do I have to set up the equipment when I receive it?
If you live within 50 miles of our Staffordshire warehouse then we can set up the equipment for you. If you live outside of that area then please contact us. Full instructions are provided with all new equipment and if you have any problems then you can call our team for advise and guidance.
How big is the equipment? I’m not sure whether it will fit in my house.
Most of the equipment can be folded away when not in use. Check the dimensions of the machine that you’re interested in when it’s in the folded/storage position and also the fully extended dimensions. If you’re not sure then please call us and we can advise you accordingly.
Where do you deliver to?
Anywhere in the mainland UK. We also deliver offshore but this often attracts additional shipping costs - please call us for a quotation.
Do I need to be in to receive my delivery?
All deliveries need to be signed for. Instructions can be given to allow a neighbour to sign on your behalf - please advise us when you place your order.
How much does the delivery cost?
Items under £100 - Depends on weight
Items over £100 - Free Delivery
Saturday Delivery - £30 surcharge

Hire Information
I’m interested in hiring – how long does it take to deliver a piece of equipment?
Delivery of your hired equipment is normally within 3 working days.
Do I have to set up the equipment when I receive it?
No – we do that for you. We’ll take it to the room where it is to be used, set up the equipment and give you an overview how to use the machine. The only stipulation is the room where the equipment is to be located must be on the ground floor.
Some equipment looks complicated – I’m not sure I’ll be able to use it properly.
Most of the equipment that we hire has different programs and settings that will enable you to configure a workout to meet your fitness needs. We provide full instructions on how to use each machine and you can call us at any time during office hours if you need some guidance.
How big is the equipment? I’m not sure whether it will fit in my house.

I’m not sure which equipment is right for me or whether I’ll get bored of it. What should I do?
One of the benefits of hiring is that you can try out different pieces of equipment at a fraction of the price of buying. Have a look at our flexible hire packages – these will allow you to swap the type of equipment if you feel like a change.
Do you test the equipment before it is delivered?
Yes – we do a full test of all mechanical, electrical and electronic components before the equipment is dispatched to your home.
Where do you deliver hired equipment to?
Anywhere within a 50 mile radius of our warehouse in Staffordshire. Typically this covers all of Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the majority of Shropshire, Derbyshire, Manchester and Birmingham. If you’re not sure whether you’re in our catchment area then please call us.
Can I buy the equipment if I like it?
Yes – you can either buy a new or refurbished machine and we’ll give you a discount because you’ve hired from us.
