Information about deliveries, pricing and policy...
One of the most frustrating aspects of ordering any item of equipment (be it on the internet or in a store) is that you’re sometimes not sure when your item will be delivered and that you’re often charged extra for delivery.
We understand this and so our delivery policy and pricing is clear.
For all items priced over £100, standard delivery is free to UK mainland. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Ireland incurs an additional charge. For more information and pricing please call us.
Each product shows the expected delivery time. There are a number of possibilities that you will see, depending upon the product.
Many products will be delivered within 7-10 workings days. You will receive a phone call beforehand to confirm an acceptable delivery day. Note that working days do not include Saturday and Sunday, and deliveries will be made on Monday to Friday.
On a number of products we offer free delivery within 3 working days. On these products we offer our Premium Delivery service whereby you can upgrade to next day delivery (additional £10), request a Saturday delivery (additional £30); specify a delivery time (additional £30); or specify any other delivery day (free of charge). If it’s a next day delivery that you want, then be sure to place your order before noon to guarantee delivery. You’ll receive email confirmation of your delivery date and delivery instructions. Small and medium size items, such as bikes, rowing machines and some cross trainers and treadmills are delivered by TNT. Deliveries are to your garage or front door and must be signed for. If you are unable to take delivery then we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent re-delivey.
Large items, such as some treadmills, cross trainers and multigyms are delivered by PalletForce. Again, delivery is to your garage or front door and must be signed for. If you are unable to take delivery then we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent re-delivey.
We advise you to check the weight and size of the equipment and make sure that you have sufficient help, where necessary, to carry the equipment into the room of your choice.
We can arrange for an item of equipment to be carried into the room of your choice, access and restrictions permitting, and would ask that you call us to discuss your specific requirements so that we can provide you with a quotation for this service.
