New triathlon range on it's way!
A new range of equipment will soon be on sale from Inspire Fitness designed specifically for triathlon training. The range features a treadmill, indoor cycle and vibration plate all with special programmes to maximise your workout and training.

With the new BH Fitness i.concept range you can train on your machine while you enjoy the online world and multimedia of your iPhone or iPad. Check your emails, surf the internet, update your status on social networks, watch videos, shop online, watch TV programmes, speak by phone, chat, read e-books, play videogames, etc. all whilst doing your workout!

Inspire are currently in talks with Reebok and are planning to start selling Reebok fitness equipment in the next couple of months! Consisting of the i-series, performance series and z-series the Reebok range combines the latest in technology and design to create a range of products suitable for all your needs.

Exercise recommended by Doctors
A report recently published in the US shows an increase in the number of people recommended by doctors to take up, or continue, exercising to help improve their health. Findings show that one in three adults who had been to see their doctor had been advised to exercise to help lose weight as well as help with conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and cancer.

One of the most exciting products to come from the show is a range of fitness equipment – treadmills, cross trainers and recumbent bikes – which uses an Apple iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch interface to control them. Inspire cycles launching soon
Inspire is opening a new division, we will soon be retailling high end performace mountain bike & road racing bikes from BH Bikes. We have made some new space in our Staffordshire showroom to display 20 of the best selling models. BH bikes bike are internationally recognised as being fantastic bikes with some of the road bikes weighing in at only 4.5kg - which is super light weight! The website will be getting a bit of a upgrade to market these new cycles range but that should not effect the running of the site. watch this space for more information...!

Showroom almost back to normal
As you may or may not be aware we have been going thorugh some extensive refurbishment work on our Staffordshire showroom. From a brand new roof to rewire and adding extra heating systems it's taken a few months but finally we are almost there! Just a little bit of painting and decorating and a lot of cleaning should see the showroom looking better than ever. We are still open as normal during the painting work but it may be worth giving us a call so we can move some of the equipment so you can see and try it before you buy. We still have a great range of treadmills, spinning bikes, indoor cycles, elliptical cross trainers on display.

All the refurbished machines and customer returns we receive are checked by a engineer and any parts are changed if necessary to the make the machines function and look like new. All refurbished machines and customer returns have 1 years parts and labour warranty as standard. As you can appreciate the stocks are changing all the time so why not give us a call to see what we have in stock or what we have due in.

New treadmill added to Inspire Fitness
We have just added a brand new treadmill model to our Website. The BH Fitness F8 treadmill is the next model up from our exclusive BH Fitness F5 model. It has a slightly more powerful motor for those users who want to run at higher speeds. It also features a ECO mode which allows the user to save energy while running - when in ECO mode the treadmill uses 20% less power. You can also find this model on display in our showroom.
